Catalog description
Principles of planning and scheduling in manufacturing and service industries; the conversion of a project plan into an operating time-table. Application areas to cover project, job-shop, workforce, supply chain, and economic lot scheduling. Methodologies to include PERT, WBS, and GANTT chart. Utilization of current and emerging technologies and global dynamics with project management will be emphasized. Prerequisite: INLT 485 .
