Catalog description

INDS 295 offers lower-division students an opportunity to gain real-world work experience related to their academic program. This course supports the University's Work-Based Learning requirement and is open to students of all majors. Under faculty and workplace supervision, students engage in workplace tasks that enhance academic learning, build foundational professional skills, and contribute to career exploration. Students are required to complete reflective assignments and maintain documentation of their internship experience.
