ELECTIVE: Exposition of quantitative and qualitative hospitality and tourism research methods and their applications to lodging, foodservice and tourism management. Primary emphasis on how survey research methods can be used to generate the information needed to improve management and marketing decisions. Prerequisites: HMGT 200 Tourism Management HMGT 203 Lodging Management HMGT 435 Organizational Leadership & Management Decision-Making STAT 210 Elementary Statistics.
