Catalog description

The study of principles and practices of the management procedures and leadership role in resorts and private clubs. This course provides a comprehensive approach to the operation of a resort with entertainment and recreational facilities. Vacation ownership, condominium concept and current trends and developments in resort developments will be addressed. Prerequisites: HMGT 400 Rooms Division Management.
