Hospitality Mgmt Internship I.

Catalog description

This is a continuation of the internship series to be taken after completion of sophomore year. Students will be in the employ of a hospitality business and rotate throughout at least three departments / area over the term of the internship. This will allow the students practical application of concepts learned in class and exposure to the different facets of this diverse global industry. Prerequisite: HMGT 101 Introduction to Hospitality Management.
