Catalog description

Survey of Shakespeare’s range of work including his early and later work in relation to Elizabethan and Jacobean social, critical, and theatrical ideas but may address other contexts. Readings may include comedies, histories, tragedies, romances, and sonnets. Prerequisites: ENGL 110 or ENGL 112 AND ENGL 111 or ENGL 113 and for English majors, ENGL 203 .
