An overview of the managerial planning process with a focus on business decision making through the collection and analysis of data; decision-making models and approaches, sources of information, value of information, pro-form a financial analysis, and forecasting; a comprehensive integrative case is used to illustrate these ideas. Prerequisite: COBU 260 and Completion of the Pre-Business Phase requirements.
