Catalog description

An integrative course examining how organisms cope with environmental challenges by investigating the requirements for life at the level of individual cells and multi-cellular organisms, the anatomical and physiological properties of cells, tissues and organ systems, and how these properties allow organisms to interact successfully with their environment. Emphasis will be placed on the study of eukaryotic groups particularly plants and animals. Prerequisite: BIOL 121 Co-requisite: BIOL 205 Laboratory.
