ANSC 349 Veterinary Medical Terminology and Hygiene - 3 semester hours The study of veterinary medical terminology, to include the meaning and use of medical terms. Hygiene topics covered are causes and symptoms of infections, parasitic and nutritional diseases with emphasis on prevention and control through management and sanitation. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 120 Principles of Biology, ANSC 140 Principles of Animal Science: sophomore or above standing.
