In this course, students will gain an understanding of workflow through "Mock Pharmacy" practice and develop personal qualities such as professionalism, integrity and organization. Students will practice problem solving and communication skills that ensure positive interactions. Other aspects of professionalism include appropriate behavior in the workplace and sensitivity to diverse patient populations.
