This course prepares students for successful transitions into industry roles following graduation from the program. Emphasis is placed on professional development, including networking, career planning, and applying organizational psychology principles in real-world settings. Students will engage in mentoring activities, gain insights from industry professionals, and build practical skills for the workplace.
