This course offers an introduction to Christian nursing in the context of the mission of Vanguard University. Topics will include the history of Christian nursing, application of Christian values to healthcare, and the provision of spiritual care to patients and their families. This class will also look at ethical issues, including ethical decision making applicable to health care issues. Lecture format.
