Catalog description

This theory course provides evidence-based concepts in caring for individuals, families, and populations in the community and public health settings. Issues such as child abuse and family violence will be explored. The theory course and practicum experiences (90 hours) qualifies the BSN graduate for Public Health Nursing certification. Students must take NRS-468P concurrently. This course is in teach-out.
