Refer to MUSC 240 . Instrumental ensemble forthestudy and performance of string orchestra literature with further development of string musicians through rehearsals, sectionals, master classes and performance. Repertoire focus on: classics, spirituals, hymn/anthem arrangements and Christian worship music. This ensemble will join with the University Concert Band for full orchestra performancesand collaborate with local high school string musicians, community members and professional performers. Meets the music major large ensemble requirement.Open to all students by audition.
