Catalog description

This course will serve as an introduction to the structure and function of cells, tissues, organs, and the musculoskeletal, nervous, and cardio-respiratory systems of the body. This course emphasizes critical thinking and the integration of Christian perspectives in understanding the human body. Lecture three hours. This course is designed for Kinesiology majors pursuing any concentration other than pre-health or for any student that would like to learn about the structure and function of the human body. This course fulfills the core curriculum lab science requirement.
