Catalog description

Provides freshman students with a comprehensive introduction to the student experience at Vanguard University. This course engages students in an ongoing conversation about how the University's values of Truth, Virtue, and Service affect the academic, social, and personal dimensions of university life. Students will define their own personal goals and learn tools to support their success as Vanguard students, including reviewing campus resources and building community. By the end of the course, students will have a stronger understanding of how to navigate the complexities of university life and to thrive in a diverse, dynamic learning environment.
