Course: Non-technical – Applied General Education for Degree Program This course introduces mental health and behavioral disorders, focusing on the identification, assessment, and treatment of c ommon conditions. Students will explore topics such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and psychiatric disorders, with an emphasis on understanding their impact on individuals and society. The course also covers therapeutic communication, nursing interventions, and strategies for promoting mental well-being and supporting patients in managing their mental health.
