Catalog description

Professional Sales and Sales Management provides students with essential sales principles and concepts that are delivered thr ough a series of selling strategies incorporating practices in market knowledge, identification of a target market, initiating contact, communication, identifying and assessing needs and demand, effective product/service placement, continual client relationship building activities, and referral based prospecting efforts. Students will learn how to understand and measure sales processes and goals and ultimately, find new methods, processes, and technology to improve the effectiveness of a sales force. Students will study the processes of recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and managing the sales force in coordination with corpora te goals.
