Collaborative Leadership will provide students with the process of effectively bringing the appropriate people together using a series of constructive and ethical methods with accurate information to address shared concerns, goals, and objectives. The class covers the collaboration process, including buy-in, building trust, enhancing communications, encouraging the sense of a team during the process of creating or executing viable solutions for an organization.
