Change Management will teach students how to navigate planned and identifiable stages of development along with unforeseen and unplanned changes. Concepts such as the impact and meaning of change in the workplace, skills to support and nurture innovati on, how to plan for changes, introduce changes to team members and the market, implement, and monitor change to determine effectiveness will be discussed.
