Health Services Leadership will provide students with critical concepts associated with leading and developing various healthcare organizations in today’s market. Students will focus on creating and leading the visionary development of the organization, account for regulation, oversight, political impact, teambuilding, problem -solving and conflict resolution, negotiating, and forming new professional relationships.
