Course: Non-technical – Applied General Education for Degree Program (ODHE) Healthcare Customer Relations and Outcomes introduces students to essential customer service principles and concepts that will enable students to create solutions to customer service needs in the medical industry. Through the analysis of several different industries , students will engage with a host of tools that will enable them to understand the needs of, communicate with, and create solutions for their customers.
