Catalog description

This course introduces biometric systems, which use physical and behavioral characteristics to identify individuals. Students will explore the essential concepts and principles of biometric technologies and their growing importance in information security. They will also learn about the role of identity management in biometric systems. Through a hands-on project, students will apply their knowledge to design and architect a biometric system for a given use case.
