Strategic Business Planning

Catalog description

Strategic Business Planning will require students to demonstrate their ability to think critically and utilize effective stra tegic business planning techniques. The student will analyze a professionally prepared Business Plan of a company in an industry of their choice. Students will utilize the skills presented throughout this course and their program of study to determine if the plan is well-rounded and accounts for items that include effective marketing strategies, organizational planning, staffing, res ource allocation, and financial planning.
