Course: Non-technical – General Education for Degree Program This course provides an overview of microbiology, focusing on the biology of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa. Students will explore the structure, function, and classification of microbes, as well as their roles in health, di sease, and the environment. Laboratory sessions will emphasize practical skills in microbial techniques, including culturing, staining, and identification. Upon completion, students will have a foundational understanding of microbiology and its applications in medicine, industry, and environmental science.
