Catalog description

A generalist overview of the case management process, which involves assessment, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation. Students will develop helping skills and intercultural competence, as well as knowledge related to specific aspects of case management, including intake interviews, documentation, making referrals, and case review. Typically Offered: Fall. Prerequisite : SOC 130 .
