Instruction in programming languages used in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Topics include logic and process automation, user interfaces, testing, debugging, and deployment in a CRM software package such as Salesforce or equivalent software. {Also offered for graduate credit - see SE 631 }. Typically Offered: Fall. Prerequisite : SE 110 or CSCI 127 or CSCI 160 .
