This course explores the subdiscipline of health psychology. We will use the biopsychosocial approach to investigate diseases, disorders, and mental health. There will be an emphasis on social determinants (e.g., health disparities influenced by race, sex, socioeconomic status, etc.). Typically Offered: Fall. Prerequisite : PSYC 111 .
