VCSU CSA Internship.

Catalog description

An opportunity for students to serve as interns in the VCSU Community School of the Arts on either a teaching track or a conducting track. Student teachers are assigned students and have their teaching supervised and critiqued on a regular basis. Student conductors are given regular conducting and ensemble duties and are also supervised and critiqued regularly. This course may be repeated for credit. Approval of the Director of the Community School of the Arts or the appropriate ensemble director is required. Typically Offered: On sufficient demand. Repeatable: Up to 2 Credits.
