Catalog description

The third level of applied study, open to music majors and minors, includes a weekly hour of private instruction for performance-concentration majors and a weekly half-hour for music education majors. The average student will complete at least two semesters of 300-level music lessons after successful completion of the sophomore proficiency examination. Applied lessons may not be audited. Typically Offered: Fall, Spring. Prerequisite : Two semesters of MUS 250 . Repeatable: Up to 8 Credits.
