Catalog description

Elaboration of weekly projects using popular compositional techniques to improve fluency of ideas and expand skills in writing both melody and harmony. The course includes study and enhancement of transformational techniques and various compositional styles. Acquired skills will be applied in the required final composition project. May be repeated for credit. This course may not be audited. Typically Offered: Spring. Prerequisite : MUS 122 . Repeatable: Up to 10 Credits.
