1 credit music lessons (a weekly half hour of private instruction) are open to all students, regardless of program of study; and to music majors and minors depending upon the requirements of their program. 2 credit music lessons (a weekly hour of private instruction) are open only to music majors and minors. Music majors and minors will complete at least two semesters of 100-level applied music before attempting the proficiency exam and passing to the next level. Applied lessons may not be audited. Typically Offered: Fall, Spring. Repeatable: Up to 8 Credits.
