Catalog description

An advanced course that focuses on the role of Exercise Physiology in the training and conditioning of sports participants of all ages and activity levels. Students will acquire knowledge in regard to the benefits of exercise as a therapeutic agent in the rehabilitation of injury and disease, and its use to improve quality of life. Typically Offered: Fall. Prerequisites : HPER 258 and HPER 384 .
