This course provides an overview of the diverse professions within kinesiology, including exercise science, rehabilitative studies, sport leadership, and management. Students explore real-world applications and career pathways through interactive discussions, self-assessments, and presentations from guest speakers representing various disciplines. Students identify personal strengths and areas for growth, investigate current career opportunities, and examine graduate and professional programs aligned with their career interests.
