Provides an opportunity for the advanced student to gain firsthand experience in public school remedial reading programs. Knowledge and skills concerning causes, diagnosis, and treatment of reading difficulties are put to practical use by incorporating interventions and strategies for struggling readers. Typically Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. Prerequisite : Admitted to Teacher Education; . Prerequisite or Corequisite : EDUC 430 . Grading: S/U only.
