Catalog description

A course designed to provide elementary teachers with the ability to integrate the understanding of content with the understanding of how students learn mathematical concepts. Students study the application of mathematical concepts to the solution of problems. Mathematical content includes topics in geometry, measurement, modular arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and probability. Typically Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
