Catalog description

A field based course on the ecology of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem illustrating its complexity. Topics include: impact of the reintroduction of the wolves, evidence of climate change, wildlife populations, current research, influence of stakeholders, park management, and other issues within the park and Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. A field trip to Yellowstone National Park is part of the course. Typically Offered: Fall. Prerequisites : BIOL 150 and BIOL 151 .
