Special Projects in Dramatic Writing. ((2-9 Credits))

Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): THEA 4741 and University Advanced Standing Offers upper-division directed study with professional/academic supervision to motivated students for writing projects such as commissioned or speculative scripted and/or dramatic works, i.e., musicals, one-man shows, guerilla theatre, mimes, short or full-length films, documentaries, television shows, sit-coms, movies-of-the-week and other forms not covered by current classes. Allows for a semesters of writing/re-writing and/or critique/development and possible workshop presentation. May be repeated for a maximum of 9 credits toward graduation.
