Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management or other UVU graduate programs Explores the processes, tools, and strategies needed to successfully manage technological innovation within an organization. Covers various topics, including identifying and evaluating new technologies, creating a culture of innovation, developing and implementing new products and services, and managing the risks and challenges associated with technological change.
