Covers Lean and Six Sigma approaches, continuous improvement/Kaizen, Voice of the Customer (VOC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), cost of poor quality, leadership, employee empowerment, teamwork, change management, and quality standards. Assists in preparing students for the relevant professional certifications for career enhancement.
