Prerequisite(s): SPAN 3050 and University Advanced Standing Explores comparatively the articulatory system of English and Spanish, not only to help students identify and correct anomalies or inaccuracies in their own speech or the speech of others, but also to strengthen their understanding of the nature of oral speech. Provides extensive laboratory involvement for practice and analysis.
