Prerequisite(s): ( ENGL 1010 or ENGL 1005 ) and University Advanced Standing Examines the legislative branch of American national government. Explores concepts of legislative theory, examining basic structure, functions, powers and roles of Congress. Gives special attention to the legislative process, constitutional structure, and modern development of federal legislature.
