Prerequisite(s): PHYS 2020 or PHYS 2220 ; Advanced University Standing Examines light–tissue interactions, transport theory, spectroscopy, and modern optical microscopy and imaging techniques for biomedical applications. Engages students in biomedical optics research through discussions, experiments, and analysis related to these topics.
