Prerequisite(s): ( PHIL 2050 or PHIL 2050H or PHIL 2050G ) and University Advanced Standing Presents a comprehensive, balanced introduction to the field of environmental ethics. Examines a variety of national and international environmental issues. Challenges students to think and write critically about classic and contemporary works on ethics and the environment. Analyzes ethical, scientific, aesthetic, political, economical and religious perspectives pertaining to the environment.
