Prerequisite(s): Admission into any graduate program at Utah Valley University Analyzes leadership approaches within the public services. Identifies the need for people-centric leadership that serves both the public servants and the community. Uses case study analysis to differentiate between leadership approaches to people and the management of processes. Explores ethical issues in public service delivery.
