Prerequisite(s): Admission into any graduate program at Utah Valley University Provides the investigative, ethical, and development tools needed to form public policy and evaluate program success. Develops analysis skills to examine new ideas, test their viability, determine program needs, and organize to meet these needs. Addresses how to make policy, how to assess if policy is working, and how to fix the flaws in existing policy.
