Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and University Advanced Standing Provides foundations of the occupational therapy profession, including the development of the profession, the clinical occupational therapy process, theories and models commonly used in practice, and professional ethics, values, and responsibilities. Addresses both historical and contemporary professional perspectives. Course lecture fee of $20 applies.
