Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing Explores current and advanced topics in the field of nutrition at an upper division level. Covers a variety of special topics that may include but are not limited to the following: the impact of nutrition on mental health, the role of dietary supplements, nutrition in sports and exercise, food sustainability and security, and the influence of technology on dietary habits. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits towards graduation.
