Catalog description

Explores current and emerging topics in the field of nutrition at a lower division level. Covers a variety of special topics that may include but are not limited to: the impact of nutrition on mental health, the role of dietary supplements, nutrition in sports and exercise, food sustainability and security, and the influence of technology on dietary habits. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits towards graduation.
