Prerequisite(s): Admission to a MSN program Prepares students for their developing role as change agents and advocates within the workforce. Provides students the opportunity to explore current health care policies, including the effects policies have on social determinants of health, current health care systems and nursing practice. Identifies ways to influence change, advocate for, and advance nursing and health care in the future.
